Dr. Cassandra Dixon is a senior-level education executive with over 25 years experience developing and expanding quality educational options for students in public and charter school settings. This experience extends through the levels of Pre-K to Higher Education. It is inclusive of 14 years of educational leadership and supervision at the district, elementary, middle, and high school levels, 5 years of teaching experience at the middle/junior high school and university levels.
Specific leadership effectiveness initiatives facilitated through consult services include, but is not limited to, Educational Reform: Turnaround, Transformation, and Restart of Failing Schools, The Systematic Way to Ensure Effective Teaching Instructional Framework Initiative, Effective Data Team Certification Initiative for educational leaders and Common Core Black Belt Training for district and school-based instructional leaders.
Dr. Dixon is an innovative entrepreneur who works well under pressure and during fast paced and stressful situations.
