Dr. Camille Bell is a highly experienced and sought-after executive coach with a track record of results in leadership development and whole-school transformation. She has had a career-long focus on executive assessment and coaching and related organizational development work. She brings to her role more than 15 years of experience in both the public and charter school setting.

 

Having served as a principal and achievement director, Dr. Bell’s approach to coaching is strategic, systemic, data-driven and competency-based, with an intense emphasis on follow-up to support and sustain behavior changes. Her extensive knowledge of 360° assessment tools and methodology, coupled with her analytical skills, has proven to be invaluable to her clients in accurately targeting areas for development. Dr. Bell's most current leadership development services is with Mosaica Education, Inc where she works directly with Priority and Focus Schools and is responsible for creating and implementing sustainable climate and culture systems that support increased student achievement, as well as supporting a cohort of school and district-level climate and culture employees.
